Our November masterclass intensive series could be just the course to reignite or jumpstart your career as an actor in the International Film and Theatre industries. The intensive will run over four days , and includes specifically designed course material that has been developed by NYTC partners and practitioners. The series covers voice, movement, acting for stage, acting for screen, motivation, and a practical analysis of five of the major acting methods including those taught by internationally renowned teachers Stella Adler ,|Uta Hagen ,|Anne Bogart ,|David Mamet and Sanford Meisner . This program will develop the skills of the most experienced practitioner or the relative newcomer. Our masterclass intensives are devised to strengthen skills across a number of platforms, and are a valuable asset for every experienced or developing practitioner.
Previous masterclasses have included sessions with Roger Ward (MAD MAX), world renowned Rowena Balos (international voice coach to actors Judy Davis ,|Michael Caton ,|John Gaden ,|Nick Enright and Heather Locklear ), Dean Vince (Chicago, Priscilla: the musical, and Japanese Story), as well as many others.
Running over two weekends: November 20th and 21st, and 27th and 28th, this masterclass intensive series is open to all ages and is by application, and filled on a first in first served basis. The entire program costs $900 (excl. GST) and could be the best gift for an aspiring actor, or someone who wants a real opportunity to give it their best shot in the film, theatre or television industries. Places are limited!
